Mostpala Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities in Plain English

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Mostpala platform and all of its services. By using the Mostpala website, creating an account, playing games, or placing bets, you are considered to have voluntarily agreed to these terms.

This document has been written in English to ensure all users in Bangladesh can easily understand it. In the event of any conflict with another language version, the English version shall take precedence.

To create an account on Mostpala, you must meet the following requirements. These conditions are strictly enforced, and violations may result in account termination.

Age Requirement

Users must be at least 18 years old to open an account on Mostpala. Providing an accurate date of birth during registration is mandatory. If a user is found to be under 18 at the time of verification, the account will be immediately closed and any deposited funds will be returned.

One Person, One Account

Each person may hold only one account on Mostpala. If an attempt to create multiple accounts using the same mobile number, email address, bank account, or device is detected, all associated accounts will be permanently closed.

• All information provided at registration must be truthful and accurate.
• It is the user's responsibility to notify Mostpala of any changes to their account information.
• Keeping the account password confidential is the user's own responsibility.
• Sharing your account with or allowing a third party to use it is strictly prohibited.

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on Mostpala. These policies are in place to ensure transparency and security for all users.

Deposit rules

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals can only be made from accounts that have completed KYC verification.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from a bonus balance — wagering requirements must be met first.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• Mostpala may request additional verification if unusual withdrawal patterns are detected.

Mostpala offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which are detailed on the respective bonus page. The general rules that apply to all bonuses are listed below.

Wagering Requirement

Most bonuses come with wagering requirements, meaning the bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until a specified amount has been wagered. For example — a ৳1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place ৳10,000 in bets before the bonus becomes withdrawable.

• The wagering requirement period is typically between 7 and 30 days.
• Bets placed on certain games may not count towards wagering requirements — this will be specified in the bonus terms.
• The same person may not claim any specific bonus more than once.
• Mostpala reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.

The following rules apply to Sports Betting and casino gaming on Mostpala.

Bet confirmation rules

Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — except where the cash out feature applies. During live betting, odds may change at the moment a bet is placed, and the bet may be accepted at the updated odds, so please check your settings beforehand.

If a Match is Cancelled or Suspended

• If a match is completely cancelled, all related bets will be voided and stakes will be refunded.
• If the match does not resume within the specified timeframe (typically 12–24 hours), the bet will be void.
• If a match in an accumulator bet is cancelled, that event is removed and the bet is recalculated using the remaining odds.

• User data is never sold to third parties.
• All data is protected with SSL encryption.
• Mostpala will never ask for your password or OTP over the phone or by email.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact support immediately.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Mostpala platform. Violations may result in account closure and legal action.

Mostpala may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

• A breach of the terms and conditions is proven.
• If false information is provided during KYC verification.
• If money laundering or fraudulent activity is suspected.
• The account is at risk of being hacked or accessed without authorisation.
• The user requests account closure themselves.

Before closing an account, Mostpala will generally give the user a chance to explain their situation. However, in cases of serious violations, the account may be closed without prior notice. Any legitimately deposited funds (excluding bonuses) will typically be returned.

Mostpala reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Users will be notified in advance of any such changes.

• For significant changes, at least 14 days' notice will be given.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you will be given the option to close your account.
• Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, please first Help Centre to seek a resolution. Mostpala takes all complaints seriously and aims to resolve them within 7 business days.
